Leland Report

In Fall 2006 the City, in partnership with the Caldwell/Canyon Economic Development Council and the U.S. Department of Commerce-Economic Development Administration, funded a comprehensive strategy for downtown Caldwell.  The report, produced by the Leland Group, identified the community’s vision, mission, and goals for the downtown, as well as an implementation strategy for development and improvements.  The report was approved by the Caldwell City Council and adopted as the official plan for downtown Caldwell.
